The concept started from a simple idea: to combine our two "know-how". In fact, thanks to our great experience and qualification in two areas of expertise, the restoration and the cheese processing, the goal is to offer all our products made in our two hundred-year-old fruitières, in other words: from the fruitière to the plate, "the whole 100% homemade ".

Homemade specialties from our products

Our menu adopts local products and our cheese production, inviting you to discover the Savoyard terroirs and the alpine arc.

La Fruitière offers elaborate recipes with our "homemade" products : Butter, Cream, "Abondance", "Reblochons", "Tomme de Savoie", "Tomme Charlotte", "Gruyère Le Pissenlit", "La Meule du Léman", "Fromages frais Le Boule de Neige", "Raclette" of Savoy, Smoked "Raclette" with Pepper, White "Tomme" and our famous "Mozzarella" of Savoy: The "Miribella" .... Add to this authentic cuisine, a cellar of ripening where the cheeses of Savoy rub the great wines and the last discoveries of our wine waiter friends.

A contemporary restaurant

In a trendy setting, next to our cheese shop, the restaurant area stands out with a central high table for 10 people, benches and stools design cowhide, modern furniture in cherry, and with a view of our cellar La Fruitière des Neiges stands out.

This contemporary restaurant has a home like no other in simplicity and authenticity. In fact, every day we, cheese makers, alongside the producers of dairy cooperatives, produce and transform a living and noble product that is milk. All of this reminds us to order everyday and respect for nature.

The place is distinguished by its style and elegance. A dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly international team awaits you from Tuesday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime from 12.00 to 13.30. Antonio Di Cicco and Florian Challier distill a simple, generous and gourmet cuisine.

We welcome you without a reservation but it is best to contact us during the autumn winter season because of higher attendance. Our room has a capacity of 33 seats. We can also reserve space for your group meals, corporate meals, group meals in tour operators ...

In the evening we only open by reservation on Thursdays and Friday for special evenings such as aperitif-cheeses, fondue, raclette or tartiflette from 20 people.

Please note that we do not accept restaurant vouchers, gift vouchers , and our friends the animals are not accepted in the enclosure of our establishment.
